A travel desk that knows your family by name

U2Holidays started at a small desk in Pondy Bazaar, helping neighbours and relatives plan their first trips out of India. Most of them had the same worries — will the food suit us, what if something goes wrong, who do we call. The answer to all three became the business.

Every itinerary that leaves this office is built by hand. We have walked the routes ourselves — the queues at Universal Studios, the cable car up Genting, the boats at Ha Long Bay. When we say a day is too packed for grandparents, it is because we have done that day.

Today most of our bookings come from families who travelled with us once and sent their sisters, colleagues and in-laws afterwards. That is the only kind of growth we care about.
